Original Formula White Lightning® 3006 is a siliconized acrylic latex caulk perfect for most general purpose jobs. This super white formula has been a professional favorite for over 40 years. It is available in a variety of colors, including white and clear.

2300® Construction Tripolymer Sealant is a single component, high-performance elastomeric sealant for use in a wide variety of roofing, trim, architectural metal, manufacturing, underdeck system, solar roof system, and general construction applications. 10 Standard colors are now available in plastic, along with crystal clear in a clear plastic cartridge.

3300® Professional Grade Polyurethane Sealant is a single-component, high performance polyurethane sealant that withstands adverse weather conditions and cures to a flexible weather-resistant seal.

3500™ Polyurethane Bonding Sealant is a urethane sealant that cures to a tough, flexible seal. Manufactured for clay, slate, concrete, and composite roof tiles, it can be used in bonding, beading, and sealing applications. It contains no TDI (toluene diisocyanate).

Geocel 4350™ provides a strong, long lasting bond to PVDF, SMP, and polyester coated steel, bare galvanized, Galvalume® metal panels, aluminum, copper, skylights, glass, brick, block, wood and vinyl siding.  Stay flexible and can be applied in extreme wet or dry conditions, even down to 0 degrees F.

Geocel 4500® Roof Bonding Sealant is a premium Scypolymer® one-component, proprietary bonding sealant specifically designed for roofing applications and systems. The advanced technology of Geocel 4500® Roof Bonding Sealant results in a product that quickly withstands ponding water while bonding to many common roofing substrates.

Geocel 4600™ Structural Adhesive Sealant provides a long-lasting waterproof seal on many common building substrates including roofing materials, glass, aluminum, fiber cement board, masonry, and wood. The heavy bodied viscosity of the product, makes it ideal for both vertical and horizontal applications.

8125® 100% Silicone High Performance Acetoxy Cure Sealant is a high modulus, one-component sealant. It has excellent adhesion to non-porous surfaces and is able to withstand ±25% joint movement.

8150® 100% High Performance Neutral Cure Sealant is a high modulus, one-component silicone with excellent adhesion to both porous and non-porous surfaces. It provides joint movement capability of ±25% with excellent weatherability. Ideal for a variety of construction and industrial applications.

Phantom™ Metal Roof Sealant has six translucent, customizable colors that allow any panel color to shine through and blend with the surface for a great look and superior protection – saving you time and money.

TRP-1 UltraSeal is a silyl-modified polyether high-performance, multi-purpose, low VOC, single-component construction adhesive/sealant designed for bonding and sealing a wide range of porous and non-porous construction materials. NOT INTENDED FOR USE ON TPO. TRP-1 forms a superior waterproof seal to most roofing materials including metal flashings, copings and skylights. Excellent un-primed adhesion. Can be applied from 0° - 140° F to damp or dry surfaces. Odor-free, paintable with water-based paints one hour after application. Will not crack, shrink or peel. Non-yellowing formula. Easy to gun and tool for quick application.

#654 Pourable Penetration Sealant is a moisture curing, pourable sealant designed for use in pitch pans and penetration seals. #654 is suitable for application in damp, dry, or cold climates. #654 is solvent free, contains no isocyanates and will not shrink upon curing. #654 has resilient “elastomeric” properties and excellent adhesion to most construction materials. #654 can be used effectively in many difficult construction site conditions and cures in wet or dry climate conditions and at low temperatures (32°F \/0°C). #654’s low durometer accommodates greater movement in penetration seals than typical urethane sealants.

THICC AF ROOFERS Structural Adhesive uses innovative hybrid technology to provide a one part, elastomeric sealant/adhesive that will perform in a variety of demanding environments and applications without degrading. Unlike conventional polyurethanes and solvent based sealants/adhesives, THICC AF ROOFERS is 100% solids, doesn’t shrink, doesn’t contain harmful isocyanate and performs long-term without degrading, yellowing or chalking.

THICC AF ROOFERS Clear Structural Adhesive is a one-part, non-slump, moisture cure sealant/adhesive that cures to form a tough rubber with long-term  exibility and durability. It is a 100% RTV Silicone and will remain easy to dispense and tool even at cold temperatures. THICC AF ROOFERS Clear has excellent physical properties and will continue to perform long-term in a variety of applications.

THICC AF Builders Hybrid Structural Adhesive is one component, moisture curing, high performance hybrid based sealing material. It is a new generation of isocyanate-solvent free sealant that brings together all the mechanical properties of polyurethane and silicone sealant. This high performance hybrid is easy to use, low odor and paintable. It is non-yellowing.

THICC AS PAINTERS Acrylic Sealant is a flexible, one component acrylic sealant. It is easy to use and easy to clean up. It is paintable and some uses are between prefabricated construction elements, assembly wood, PVC, iron and aluminum joinery. It can also be used for sealing of windows and door frame to masonry.
